HAUT BOHEME prides itself on delivering exceptional quality in product and service. We hope you have wonderful experiences wearing our pieces and look forward to you revisiting our e-Boutique.  
 
haut boheme will happily accept returns within seven (7) days from date of delivery and provide you with store credit to the value of your purchase (less shipping), or exchange your item for another – provided the goods arrive to us in perfect condition, have not been worn, washed, altered in any way and have the original swing tags attached.

for international customers, haut boheme allows the same policy to apply but we allow up to fourteen (14) days from date of delivery for all overseas returns.

Products must be returned in unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition, with all tags still attached. These items must be returned in their original packaging, including any boxes, hangers, garment bags and other signature packaging materials. The cost of return is not covered by Haut Boheme Please note that we cannot accept returns on items if you removed the tags.

please e-mail info@hautboheme.com.au  if you wish to make a return and we will send you a returns authorisation form which must be completed and returned with your order. 

on this form you may select whether you wish to receive store credit or an exchange – in the event of an exchange, please include the full item description, style code, colour and size required for the item you would like to exchange for. if the item you wish to exchange for sells out while we are waiting to receive your return, we will automatically issue you with store credit.

store credits are valid for three (3) months from date of issue. we reserve the right to deem any outstanding credit values null and void after the expiration date.
